De Vrije Koe brings natural high quality beef straight to your doorstep, fresh-frozen and prepackaged in 200g consumptions. De Vrije Koe is an organisation that is working to bring ancient Dutch breeds such as Blaarkop, Brandrood and Lakenvelder back to the Dutch landscape. The cows raised graze in nature reserves and green spaces where they roam free and eat almost exclusively grass, herbs and wildflowers. The absence of supplemental grain and feed means the cows mature more slowly – naturally – and results in higher levels of vitamins and minerals.
