Dana Petroleum Netherlands B.V. has been active in the oil and gas industry, predominantly in the Dutch sector of the North Sea since 1964. In 2010 the acquisition of Petro-Canada Netherlands B.V. bolstered the Central North Sea portfolio, giving the operating capability in the Netherlands and bringing an experienced management and technical team on board.

The Dana Petroleum Netherlands B.V. business in the Netherlands consists of a balanced portfolio of exploration, production and development projects. Dana has interests in a number of oil and gas fields including the De Ruyter, Hanze, Van Ghent and Van Nes fields, 2 exploration licenses, two potential developments in Denmark and two more in the Netherlands.
