Over D-Constructed Agency

Our world is designed for the able-bodied and navigating it isn’t always easy. We want to help change that. We are a team of idealists fighting for disability justice. We aim to make non-formal education more inclusive and more accessible for young people with disabilities.

Why non-formal education? Because there are so many skills developed, lessons learned, and friendships forged after the school bell rings; and people with disabilities have traditionally faced obstacles in participating in these types of events. Everyone deserves to have access to these formative events, and everyone deserves to have their needs met. We want to make sure that is the case.

By partnering with organizers and providing them with the necessary tools, information, and expertise, we help design events that are inclusive, accessible, and diverse.
