Curae cares for healthcare. With this mission we will in the upcoming years build a substantial real estate portfolio of Dutch healthcare properties. Ultimately growing towards an approximate € 500 million portfolio.

Curae invests on behalf of its participants in modern, future-proof and sustainable Dutch care housing. We have an extensive track record in real estate markets as well as real estate management, development and financing.We are relatively, but consciously, small scale. This allows us to be extremely agile. We keep our processes simple, lean and well documented.

Curae Management BV is based at Noordeinde 35 in The Hague, The Netherlands. Curae is a John Peek initiative.

It is his purpose to realize synergies in every partnership for the benefit of all participants.

Curae will be your trusted partner to determine the possibilities within your healthcare property portfolio, including possible renovations but also potential new construction. We have a solid management system as well as an effective administrative organization.
