Curaçao Animal Rights Foundation (CARF) is a rescue organization dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and placing "CARFIES" in the forever homes they deserve. Founded in 2008, CARF has rescued thousands of stray and abandoned dogs from a miserable life. CARF receives no government funding and relies solely on volunteers and donations.
