We are CSL OWL SRI, in short ‘COS’.

We are an independent marine contractor, providing subsea rock installation (SRI) services.

We deliver Safe and economic solutions for subsea rock installation requirements during the construction and maintenance of offshore wind parks. We have a rock-solid foundation, based on the proud marine traditions of the ‘CSL Group’ (CSL) an in 1845 founded Canadian company, and on the marine contracting knowledge of the in 2016 founded Dutch company ‘Offshore Wind Logistics’ (OWL). We are based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

We believe in affordable green energy, and we wish to contribute our part by optimizing the Offshore Renewable Energy Logistics.

Our expertise encompasses every stage of rock installation projects, ensuring safe, sustainable, efficient, and cost-effective solutions.

We are driven by the common goals to reduce overall costs (or LCOE) of the offshore renewable energy and to reduce emissions of the offshore renewable industry.
