CRA-Tubulars is pioneering a new class of corrosion-resistant OCTG for the energy sector. Corrosion-related failures cost the industry over $60 billion annually, while the addressable market for premium CRA tubing exceeds $3.4 billion per year. Our response is Titanium Composite Tubing (TCT)—a high-performance solution engineered to deliver unmatched integrity, weight savings, and lifecycle value.

TCT combines a 2 mm titanium liner with aerospace-grade carbon fiber and epoxy to create a tubular system purpose-built for demanding applications, including CO₂ injection, sour gas, disposal, and geothermal wells. It is half the weight of metallic CRA and engineered to operate at 15,000 psi and 270°F, with axial load capacity exceeding 280,000 lbs.

The system has undergone more than 100 multi-variable stress tests simulating downhole pressure, thermal, and mechanical conditions. TCT is now in the final phase of API 5CT certification, with technical support from Shell GameChanger.
