MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR: Elmer Sachteleben is the Director of Cost Engineering Academy. Elmer is an experienced certified cost engineer (CCE), and a frequent speaker at industry events. He provided consulting services in process assessment, development, and implementation for improved capital project effectiveness for major multinational companies such as Shell, Unilever, Bayer, Cargill, etc. Elmer is also a teacher at the Dutch Association of Cost Engineers (DACE).
