THE PLATFORM FOR SCALED AGILE IN THE NETHERLANDS The purpose of Corporate-Tribes is to raise knowledge in the field of disruptive organization models, working with self-organizing teams, and bring them to a higher level. The second objective is to put the Netherlands on the international map when it comes to Corporate Transformations.

Corporate Tribes is the platform for Agile organizations in the Netherlands that introduces Agile and Organization culture to a wide audience. We do this through events, exhibitions, research and partnerships with various media platforms.

Consultancy Organizations and Agile Gurus use (Scaled) Agile as a method for Tribal transformations. Like many Agile purists, they always ignore the fact that existing processes in large organizations can not be changed from one day to the next. There is no misunderstanding on the usability of principles, tools and techniques. But it's about the Agile mindset! Through the Agile mindset, organizations can transform within their own DNA.

CORPORATE TRIBES CONNECTS Corporate Tribes organizes knowledge teams, the Corporate Squads. The Squads consist of 'C'​ level professionals (CEO, COO or CIO) supplemented with a Senior consultants from Advice and Training organizations.

This target group is open to working Agile. Everyone will be inspired, will discuss and give feedback. The purpose of the dialogue is to rise above individual thinking in order to arrive at essentially new insights that we could not have obtained on our own. Dialogues also create common ideas and common norms. Through new insights and the sharing of vision, knowledge and expertise, making the right choices is greatly facilitated for the relevant organizations.

It is a form of collective learning that is essential to make a fundamental change in an organization. In our view, the dialogue is the most important instrument that can be used to create new thinking, different perception and substantial renewal.
