But what cannot be said can also be kept silent through a display of images.” – Baudrillard (1929 – 2007) We live in an era where everything can be copied and pasted in many different forms. There is constant shift in culture as what Derrida refers to as displacement. Copypasteculture displays a selection of images by curating the web and giving a platform to talented people. The images are not always in focus, are not always new and free of contemporary preference. Nevertheless, with the collected fractions of our visual culture which we display, we create a new language; the myth of copypasteculture.
