Organisations tend to be undiverse and uninclusive, because we are still unaware of all the biases that we hold.

In hiring processes, our biases often cause us to discriminate against someone unconsciously based on personal characteristics. Discriminating against someone in a hiring process a violation of their Human Rights. To stop discrimination in hiring processes, we need to better understand what biases we hold and how they influence our decision-making when we are involved in hiring new colleagues.
