Our focus is on combining our knowledge of ingredients and flour & baking technology with your demands. Comix develops tailored solutions in the most concentrated way possible. These tailored functional systems include enzymes, emulsifiers, ascorbic acid, glutathione yeast and (natural) preserving solutions. We also offer standard functional ingredients like gluten, soy flours, flour malts and sourdough’s.

Comix organisation has a team of bakery and food science experts with many years of experience in the milling & baking industry. They have been working in different companies fulfilling jobs in the area of; Research & Development, Application, Technical Sales Support, Procurement, Marketing & Sales, Customer Sales Support. Our in depth knowledge of functional ingredients plus the broad understanding of bakery applications and bakery markets and latest trends gives us the understanding of the needs of our customers.
