After having worked in the area of internal and external communications and marketing for over 15 years, and providing effective, tailored communication advise and guidance to senior leaders, Kathrin Blaha founded ‘ComFusion’.

ComFusion originates from Kathrin's passion and belief that by gaining insight into your own communication style, as well as that of a colleague, manager or customer, misunderstandings with costly financial, and perhaps emotional, consequences can be reversed or even prevented.

ComFusion can help you with developing your organisational sensitivity and to become more aware of ineffective communication patterns in your, or your team's, communication style. By becoming more aware of these patterns and making relatively small adjustments, major differences in interacting with others, or with each other as a team, can be noticed immediately.

In relation to increasing your company’s Safety Culture and incident prevention efforts, ComFusion can help your team to increase clarity in their communication and interactions during operational activities. Increased clarity in communication and interactions during operational activities could prevent incidents with detrimental financial and corporate image related consequences.

We intentionally do not work with one single methodology or one particular model only - each situation is unique, and deserves its own tailor made solution.
