Technical sportswear designed for athletic performances and recreation. Inspired by Scandinavian design.

Frustrated by the death of athleisure options for men, Lars van Gelderen started COMFORR Sportswear in 2019. He couldn't find the clothing of his dreams, so he decided to create it himself.

“I played many sports as a kid, from football to ice hockey and everything in between. Whenever I was really into a sport, I always wanted to be wearing the clothing/gear from the brands who identified with those sports. It was about a ''culture'', an authentic belonging. I didn't want to just play sports, I wanted to be part of the culture, and that meant identifying with the brands that were popular for each specific sport. Playing sports and wearing the ‘right’ brands for those sports gave me a deep sense of community. This is how I learned the importance of authentic branding.”

COMFORR is a collective of athletes, designers, entrepreneurs and creatives, but the thing that ties us all together is our obsession with getting more - out of our minds, our bodies and our lives. We hold on to our vision. Training is our way to improve ourselves. We see challenges not as hurdles that impede our path, but physical and mental exercises that train us to be more resilient, strong, and durable for an increasingly dynamic future.

The mission with COMFORR is to create a lifetime value for the customers through fitness, health and mindset. We strive to create the most comfortable sportswear for athletes* inspired by Scandinavian design; as Scandinavian design is marked by a focus on clean, simple lines, minimalism, and functionality without sacrificing beauty.
