Com-firm is a full-service one-man show a.k.a. Paul ten Donkelaar. With over 17 years of experience in complex organizations Paul has been responsible for multiple large and global digital marketing projects. The first ten years he worked in global management positions at Mercedes-Benz, Chrysler and Baan. In 2009 he became an independent professional and has led various projects for leading companies like Philips, Prenatal and Tilburg University. Paul is a pragmatic and passionate project manager with a very personal and progressive style. He has a true talent in crossing the borders of his own role and inspiring others to do so as well to effectively work as a team. His greatest passion is working with the various people involved to successfully complete projects, from business stakeholders to specialized agencies. His key word is synergy. Paul wants to add value to people and companies. Relationships call him enthusiastic, driven, decisive and structured. Paul is a change-minded man with a great need for diversity. He takes responsibility for his work and he works very independently. He is an absolute perfectionist, focused and result oriented and feels right at home within complex and international organization to come up with the various stakeholders to the right solutions. Highlights of his life to date are the birth of his two sons, running three marathons, climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro and participating in the Alpe d’Huzes.
