Collaborative Coffee (CC) works with small and medium sized coffee companies in the EU and the UK to help them in their day to day process workflows. With over 12 years of experience in coffee roasting production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Green Coffee Procurement and barista work there's a lot of knowledge we can tap from.

But what really drives us, is using that knowledge to create processes for your business, so you can focus on creating and maintaining a vibrant company. We take away the head aches that come with having to comply with Food Safety regulations, solving irregular and confusing working days and having to create new or adjusted processes when, really, you just want to be working on creating a beautiful product in a company with a vibe ✨.

We have a full fledged Food Safety Plan template available specifically designed for coffee roasters. This can be extended to be used as a general Quality Management System and it can include all certification necessities that you need. During the filling in of this plan (done by CC) your company will find the gaps in compliance and work instructions. Together we will work intensively to fill in these gaps with the help of several suggested processes, work instructions and registration lists made available by CC. At the end of our project, you will see a massive improvement in your company's knowledge about food safety compliance. You will have the tools to deal with any expected and unexpected issues that will present themselves.
