Codex Mulder is an Amsterdam-based law firm specialised in international trade, transport, logistics, insurance and liability law.

In 2008, Bram Mulder, who in 1974 was co-founder and name giver of the former law firm, De Koning & Mulder, formed Codex Mulder. Jurrian Koetsier, Hinno Postma and Jeroen Zandt joined Bram shortly thereafter in his new firm. Since then Codex Mulder has grown to become a team of qualified and prominent attorneys with almost 50 years of experience in highly specialized areas of law which gives the firm a unique position in its market.

Our clientele, located around the world, consists predominantly of well established trade, warehousing and production companies, insurance companies, carriers, and forwarding agencies. We pride ourselves on our long-standing business relationships with many of our clients which are based on personal commitment, 24/7 availability and dedication.

Our strong international network of local correspondents ensures worldwide service for our clients. We assist them in judicial and arbitral proceedings, as well as with attachments, such as the arrest of vessels and freezing of bank accounts.
