Besides of being result-oriented, I find important to listen to the needs of the people I coach and work with. Others see me as a positive, enthusiastic, involved and creative person. Because of my own expat experience and years of work with people from different cultural backgrounds I believe that in our multicultural society it is important to incorporate the culture into personal coaching.
