ClearPoint focusses on the improvement of Application Quality by analyzing the existing processes and change these intelligently to reach an optimal maturity level. The introduction of technologies and clinical selection of tools elevates the efficiency and elimates the chances of failures or performance issues. We focus on requirement management, development, testing, automation, test management, load and stress testing and we implement the world leading tools, which really fit to the demand and need of the environment. Before we start we map the existing processes and identify what is being done well and where we can improve. Only then it makes sense to change. The introduction of tools does not neccessarily mean an improvement. It only makes sense if a gap can be filled or the efficiency of work can be improved. A tool needs to fit to the technology being used as well as the way how a team works. ClearPoint will find a custom solution for each existing environment with a minimal overhead of changes.
