Examples of project and programmatic work include: - We Can Work: development of access to finance strategy, concessional financial instruments, financial education curriculum and evaluation for a Mastercard Foundation entrepreneurship program in 7 countries serving persons with a disability. - Ascend Social Return Fund - Process design and structuring a social return fund for female agri-entrepreneurs in Zimbabwe; combining a cash and in kind repayment structure. - Waendeleza - Mapping the (financial) ecosystem for scale-up businesses in the Tanzanian agricultural space. Design of monitoring framework to track scale-ups’ progress. - The Next Economy - Development of training materials for the financial literacy and access to finance module of the TNE incubation program for 4 countries in Africa. - FMO - development of a Customer Value Creation definition and operationalisation. - FMO - developing operational readiness for effective and compliant management of donor grant programmes - Triple Jump - Leading the operational set-up of the Africa Women Entrepreneurs Support Facility
