Chocolate is one of the most complex and beautiful foods in the world, but most of us still choose it almost blindly.

Chof exists to change that.

We believe great chocolate deserves to be easier to recognize, understand, remember, and share. Behind every good bar there is a world of cacao origins, growers, makers, craft, flavour, and decisions that rarely fit on the wrapper.

Chof is building a discovery layer for chocolate: a place to scan bars, explore makers, keep track of what you taste, and find better chocolate with more confidence and curiosity.

Inspired by the way wine and coffee developed richer cultures of discovery, Chof wants to help chocolate catch up.

Built in Amsterdam by Felipe van Beetz, IICCT Level 2 certified chocolate taster and International Chocolate Awards judge.
