Selling online gives the opportunity to sell directly from the farm to the customer. Communities are paid a better price so commitment is ensured. From the farm to the processing facility the produce arrives “just in time”. We can do this because we have direct sales with the customer.

Sales projections are more accurate and therefore more efficient with less waste or batches that are left over. Selling to an importer and then to a wholesaler blurs this accuracy. Besides, wholesalers want to make a profit so this increases the price. Sometimes intermediaries mix different batches so that quality is not stable.
