Over Centre for Migration Law - Radboud University
The Centre for Migration Law (CMR), Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence, is an interdisciplinary research centre on international and EU migration and citizenship law, and on migrant rights. The relation between international and EU law and policy and national legal practice is prominent in our work. We have an interdisciplinary team covering law, sociology, anthropology, political science & development studies. Our expertise is to integrate legal and empirical research, our work is mostly comparative, and we value engaging migrants, legal practitioners, policy makers and our students to further the understanding of the working of migration law.
We are a research Centre of the Radboud University Nijmegen, the Netherlands and work in close cooperation with the Universities’ Centre for State and Law, the RUNOMI-network, and the EUROPAL-network.
