The demand for sustainable ways of dealing with energy is increasing rapidly. One of the biggest challenges is the cost-effective storage of, for example, industrial residual heat, geothermal heat or solar and wind energy so that they can be released at a later date (when production is less abundant). The Cellcius Heat Battery technology makes it possible to store energy in the form of heat and then use it independently of time and place. We use safe, reliable technology and the most common basic raw materials on earth: salt and water.

The Cellcius heat battery is a low-power, high-capacity storage solution for low-temperature levels (up to 150˙C).

As a stand-alone solution combining supply and demand (of renewable energy) on site, for example linked to local renewable sources or electricity or as part of a network.

Or as a solution which geographically decouples supply from demand, reduces the need for expensive infrastructure and speeds up the provision of energy. Heat is then transported without losses. From the source of heat to the place of need.

With the heat battery technology we can cool, heat and of course store heat. For the industrial and residential environment. The result: we can handle energy much smarter, we reduce peak loads in supply and demand. This is how we change the energy world and accelerate the transition to a more sustainable one.
