CC.Coach is our platform for coaches who have successfully qualified for our ICF ACTP "Professional Diploma in Coach"​ program. We will operate globally. Our network of CC coaches is expanding.

CC.Coach is a coaching organization specialized in leadership development, increasing self-management, improving communication and integrity.

Our starting point is always the individual person. We will focus on greater and deeper awareness around what is needed to realize the desired change or objectives.

We don’t believe in training alone. Training alone is not sufficient to sustain the desired organizational change. Follow up coaching is required to ensure that individuals, teams and the organization implement the required changes. This way the desired movement of the person or company starts from within. This way we ensure that the desired change also becomes a reality.

Coaching is based on the fundamental belief that people have within them all the potential resources they need to achieve the things they desire. Awakening these potentials and developing them into skills and powers is one of the higher ambitions of great coaching.

How does Consciousness Coaching® differ from classical coaching? Consciousness Coaching® is based on classical coaching and goes hand in hand with awareness creation. In Consciousness Coaching® we have a structure that creates new awareness of unknown possibilities. We all know things, and we also know what we don’t know. However, there is a huge area of available possibilities in the space of ‘what we are not aware that we are not aware of’! This is the domain of the unknown that gets penetrated by Consciousness Coaching® while the classical coaching happens at the same time. Consciousness Coaches® therefore get their clients to their desired destination and, during the ride, they’re pointing out whole new areas the client wasn’t aware of before.
