First conceived in 2017 as an international student initiative in the Hague, Casaviewer is a housing assistance agency that was founded by Parya Sardari Nia.

Its function is to act as an intermediary between the real estate agent, and its expatriate clients whom it aims to provide with suitable accommodation in the ever-growing competitive European housing market.

Casaviewer's approach to tackling this issues is by offering independent viewings on the part of its client and providing them with all contractual information, photos and video footage of the apartment in question as well as independent advice. When taking into account the additional house searching option that Casaviewer offers, the only thing left to do upon arrival is to sign the contract to receive the desired housing accommodation! This way Casaviewer helps in avoiding scams such as commonly observed outdated images in real estate websites and help save money otherwise spent on hotel stays and transportation.
