We strive to find the ideal candidate for our partners. We only provide interns who will add value to the organization. We do this by looking extensively at the organizational activities, mission, vision and goals of our partners. After that we will look for an intern who matches these criteria. By looking at, among other things, the field of study, work experience and personal motivation.

For our interns we strive to place them in an environment in which they can develop on both a professional and personal level. Besides the fact that we want to ensure that our interns can explore Cape Town and South Africa, we attach great importance to boosting their professional and personal development.
