We help event planners, HR and marketing professionals with messaging, design, production, and distribution of custom clothing to their employees and clients through a highly interactive process to foster well-being and inclusion. Employee well-being and satisfaction increases when organizations take time to appreciate the diversity of their people, promote mental health, and celebrate the milestones, big and small. With this in mind, CandO Promo was founded to celebrate the people behind the work.

CandO Promos supports companies to promote these values by offering a variety of designs and promotional items, inspired by the aesthetic of Japanese kokeshi dolls, which celebrate well-being and inclusion in the workplace. These items can be ordered as is, customized with a business logo, or we can even turn a specific celebration idea into a unique design.
