Over C-SWEET

C-SWEET supports organisations with strategy and delivery in sourcing, procurement and workforce transformation.

We work on complex challenges in indirect procurement and services sourcing, category and commodity management, supplier and contract management, commercial governance and negotiation. In addition, we support organisations with workforce strategy and policy development, including topics such as freelance and flexible labour models, temporary staffing, in- and outsourcing, onshore/offshore decisions and make-or-buy choices.

C-SWEET works hands-on with leadership teams and their organisations to turn strategic decisions into practical implementation and measurable results. Engagements are typically temporary or interim, with openness to permanent leadership roles where there is a strong mutual fit.

The name C-SWEET has a deliberate double meaning. It refers to my name, Casper Zoetekouw (“C-Sweet”), and reflects the level at which many assignments operate — close to leadership, focused on turning strategy into delivery.
