BuildtoGrow has emerged as a valuable partner for scaleups and grownups with providing solutions based on decades of rigorous research about leadership skills, (rapid) growth and scaling organizations, as well as our longstanding experiences with supporting (senior) leaders in navigating and sustaining profitable growth over time. Our founding partners, Justin Jansen and Tom Mom, are both professors at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and senior fellows of the Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship.

We believe in co-creating journeys and applying validated methodologies to help entrepreneurs, leaders, and employees thrive and perform in fast-paced and changing landscapes.
