BrouwerPlay focuses on improving the technical and tactical skills of both renowned and young talented strikers. Here we use the philosophy that for strikers a specific technique and a certain behavior, within a total teamconcept, leads to success.

To a considerable degree, attention is being paid to the behavior of the player. In this process multiple questions are addressed, for example: which behavior stimulates a positive team atmosphere? How do you cope with success and disappointment? And what is your essence and intrinsic motivation?
