BLTC for Exams As an Authorised Cambridge English exam centre, BLTC trains students for internationally recognised Cambridge English Exams, the Teaching English (CELTA) qualification and is the Dutch Test Centre for the International English Language Testing System IELTS. BLTC has also LINGUASKILLS which tests all skills.

BLTC for Teacher Training Develop your teaching skills by combining theory with real practice. We offer Cambridge CELTA courses throughout the year, as well as a variety of teacher training and CLIL courses.
