Through consulting, representation and management, BRENDING supports artists and cultural organisations in projects that are artisticly correct and financially viable. BRENDING quantifies the value of creativity and builds bridges between the arts, media, politics and business - with an emphasis on marketing following the model A2B2C (Arts to Business to Consumer) BRENDING is a bridge for b(r)ands Key-words are: 1. COACH I developed a consultancy process in which artists learn what they can all do themselves on the level of management, supported by an activity list which is designed for their particular profile. 2. CONNECT Learn from each other, work for one another, grow together. 3. MANAGE Plan-Do-Check-Act: Continuous improvement - the activities that artists want or have to give out of hands are executed by specialized professionals. 4. LEAD BY EXAMPLE Everybody is a case study. Calculate risks, but dare to go first.
