Bonove delivers value to ventures and cities active in the mobility-focused industry. Over the last years, Bonove offered services to build several companies in which it took a vested interest, like Mobility Innovation Campus Rotterdam and Future Mobility Park - the latter becoming the cornerstone of Rotterdam's ecosystem and city-as-a-living-lab strategy.

The typical service Bonove offers is to define and develop a concept through extensive market research, conducted both national and international. Bonove works closely together with other team members (in some cases Bonove is also part of the recruitment process) or a consortium of companies and develops the roadmap, roles, and tasks. In the next phase, funding opportunities are selected and, in the case of grants and subsidies, consortia are explored or built through the extensive network Bonove built over the years.

Bonove has raised nearly €500,000 in subsidies over the last 3 years, taking the lead in selecting, partnering, writing, and taking care of the application process.

Interesting projects:

For the KymiRing racing track in Finland, Bonove has developed a strategy and takes part in the execution to become one of the most sustainable racing tracks in the world. For many companies, being associated with motorsports is a no-go due to the fact the sport has a negative carbon footprint. Bonove has developed a strategy that utilizes the attention of hundreds of thousands fans of motorsport and the area to accelerate sustainable innovation in mobility and energy transition by through the design and development of an innovation ecosystem. Bonove created the narrative, branding, market research, and funding opportunities.
