Erwin Mulder is the founder of Body&Defense. As a previous special force soldier and a master's degree in business administration, he is not only very skilled in the martial arts, but he also makes a good translation into theory. Thanks to his insight, there is now a well-developed system that helps young and old further in their development. Therefor it's no surprise that Body & Defense has a good relationship with its referrers, such as general practitioners, youth doctors, the city hall officials and the local social workers. All trainers are highly trained and each has their own expertise. The standard is high and the curriculum is continuously tested for applicability in today's society. After all, resilience is the balance between feeling, mind and the physical, with Body&Defense helping to achieve balance and full potential.
