BluefisH: acoustic pop with a rock ‘n roll edge. Subtle and catchy harmony vocals are the trademark of the Teekens brothers and sister. In their original pop songs, influences from the 6'0s up until now can be heard. BluefisH have played many venues over the years and have explored different genres. In 2010 however, the band decided to go for acoustic pop. Their current line-up consists of acoustic guitar, keys, drums, bass-synthesizer and four part harmony vocals. BluefisH have played many shows and have appeared on several local and national radio stations. The band and their audience liked the successful acoustic formula so much that in 2011, BluefisH decided to start recording their long awaited second album. The first single was release in May 2012. This upbeat song clearly showcases their musical direction and the song is accompanied by a cheerful video: youtu.be/v1hZzCnC4i0. The second single ‘Zabroushka’ was released in late October 2012. The fitting video and a nationwide promo tour make sure everyone knows what BluefisH stands for! BluefisH: a band that can be booked in different formations, depending on the occasion.
