[4] IT solution delivery - steering on implementation of application-related and infrastructural solutions according to plan

Working closely together with other senior consultants, program managers and IT managers to enable:

[a] sharing of best working practices (about e.g. full-service delivery, Agile, DevOps, Prince2 and ITIL),

[b] professional expert coaching (on e.g. management, architecture, procurement, sourcing / cloud), and

[c] flexible staffing on assignments
