We started out as strategy consultants but soon discovered that, in the digital age, strategy consulting was stuck playing catch-up – pretty much like every other industry. That’s when we decided to change the game and make our own rules:

RULE 1: WE’RE ALL ABOUT IMPLEMENTATION Gone are the days when strategy existed on its own and implementation was just something others came in to do once the strategy gurus were done.

Digital transformation is about talking the talk and walking the walk. That’s why we’re right beside you every step of the way. Our approach is simple but effective: build a little, steer a little and repeat.

RULE 2: WE’RE HERE FOR ENTREPRENEURS There are plenty of consultants helping corporates on their ‘digital transformation journey’. This is actually great because corporates have their work cut out for them.

However, we prefer to be where the resources of successful entrepreneurs and the digital expertise of tech start-ups meet. Why? Because to us, that’s the digital Wild West – a fun and a helluva agile place to be.

RULE 3: WE SHARE THE RISKS OF DOING BUSINESS Internally, we often used to struggle with the so-called ‘legitimacy’ issue for who were we to tell our clients how to invest their resources when we had nothing to lose?

That’s why we have chosen to participate in some of our digital projects. Sure, we also offer our services on a project base, but sharing the risks and rewards of product ownership is what really makes us tick.
