Beyond Compliance was set up in 2021 with the purpose to help organisations build quality and sustainability from the inside, by establishing the right organisational culture and by supporting teams to cultivate the desired mindset.

Based in the Netherlands, but with extensive international experience in the strongly regulated Life Science industry, Beyond Compliance supports organisations in quality, change and optimisation, through a combined expertise in quality management, people development and behaviour science.

Do you recognise one of the following? - Your organisation is growing fast, perhaps very fast. It is time for more structure in the processes without this being at the expense of your business and staff. - You would like to optimise your processes. You want to build quality and efficiency in the design of your processes and procedures. - You keep noticing the same issues in the organisation (e.g., quality issues not escalated, late CAPA plans and action completion). You are looking for a sustainable solution. - You would like to cultivate a quality mindset in the organisation. You would like to create a "quality culture". - You would like to prepare the organisation for a sustainable future, or regulations require a change. And you want the people in your organisation to support this change. Continuous improvement and innovation is essential!

Beyond Compliance offers workshops, training and project-based advice (in English and/or in Dutch) with support of various tools relating to quality management, behaviour and cultural change, and quality culture assessment and optimisation.
