Over Bekir Holding BV

Formed in 2020 by Soner Bekir, Bekir Holding BV was originally the vehicle used to hold 60% of the shares in the start-up company Infratects BV. As Infratects BV grew and developed, ultimately becoming a multi-national group and merging with Sucaba AB in order to form inlumi Group, Bekir Holding BV remained the parent company of all ventures started or participated-in by Soner Bekir.

Following the successful sale of inlumi Group in 2021 to a combination of the existing management team and Nimbus (a Dutch PE Group), Bekir Holding is now focused on making investments in tech or innovation start-ups and real-estate.
