Watching the popularity of Bootcamp training's grow and grow, we thought it was about time that the Netherland, and in particular Amsterdam (where we are based), got involved in the action. Where other Bootcamp organizations are focusing on training's for the private sector, we focus on companies that want to invest in the health and condition of their employees, by providing them with outdoor fitness training's. Bootcamp training's combine the benefits of one-to-one personal training with the motivation of exercising in a group, as you're joined by your colleagues. The psychology behind exercise is crucial and in a group environment colleagues will motivate each other to do their best. So the results of this type of exercise are generally better than for individual training sessions. The benefits for employers lies in better team building, higher efficiency and less absenteeism. Scientific studies demonstrate that employees that exercise regularly reduce their absenteeism. We are very excited about the Bootcamp sport techniques.
