The first part of the total solution containing all product deliverables, such as; reporting Strategic Alignment Scan (SAS) (in collaboration with Erasmus University / S-ray diagnostics), the Agenda of Change, and the virtual KPI dashboards. 2. Strategic Alignment Consultancy (SAC). Focused on, in particular, ensuring the results of the scan, summarized in the 'Agenda of Change'​, within the organizational processes optimization using turnkey 'change management'​. 3. Strategic Alignment Recruitment (SAR); profiling, relocating and /or acquiring new employees based of the outcomes and approach 'Agenda of Change'​ from the Strategic Alignment Scan. 4. Strategic Alignment Training & Coaching (SAT) 5. Strategic Alignment Network (SAN) 6. Strategic Alignment Organization (SAO) - Agility The optimized KPI’s as deliverable from the SAS will be info-graphically displayed in the CG3.0 virtual KPI's dashboards, available for Strategic, Tactical and Operational level and operations, business units, function levels, up to personal employee level.
