BASED REAL ESTATE is a young and innovative agency specializing in commercial real estate. The firm originated from the philosophy that today's reality within the real estate industry requires a different approach. A new approach that is averse to the mores that the industry have marked for several decades. An approach that is based on courage, new ideas, realism, open communication, integrity and sincere commitment. All this combined with a mentality of "don't just stand there, do something". That's where BASED REAL ESTATE stands for, from a belief that acting that way, in good cooperation with all stakeholders, can still result in fabulous successes and results, even in these difficult economic times. BASED REAL ESTATE was recently founded by Rutger Janssen. After extensive experience gained in some larger (international) offices he chose to shape his ideas within his own company. With a passion for real estate and a never-ending enthusiasm he takes up any challenge, whether it comes to finding a suitable tenant for your business object, optimizing an existing lease or assisting a user in the search for new housing.
