Besides the experience in spring making they are specialized in custom designing and manufacturing technical products from strip and wire. AVEK HAARLEM has a wide product range and produces only to customer specifications and demands. AVEK HAARLEM operates in a lot of different market segments like automotive, aviation, deep space, lighting etc. By continued investments in new production methods and machines, AVEK HAARLEM stays ahead as one of Europe’s leading spring makers. The feasibility of products are agreed upon with the customer in clear product specifications. AVEK HAARLEM can guarantee Zero-defect parts trough our vision and SPC systems. AVEK HAARLEM is ISO 9001:2008 certified and if agreed upon the TS 16949 methods can be used. Customers use our experience and knowledge of our R&E department to help them with their (spring) problems and design. Theoretical and trough trial on error solutions and alternatives are found. Life cycle tests are part of our possibilities. AVEK HAARLEM has production facilities in Holland and Bulgaria. A sales office is located in Detroit, Michigan, USA
