Authentic Yoga brings the experience of peace & tranquility, through the traditional practice of yoga. Teaching since 2005, I aim to bring the Himalayan Master's practise to the working class.

I tailor make classes, tranquil weekend getaways, and focused workshops, so that you can derive maximum benefit. Authentic Yoga is different from the average yoga studio, in that the goal is not only relaxation, but something much deeper: Experiencing the tranquility and peace of spending time with the Self.

I am a trained facilitator since 2005, and am able to guide people to a place of a space of quietness & total relaxation. Here many profound things happen: acknowledgement of (sometimes deep rooted) patterns & habits, a deeper understanding of how we react/respond to situations, in depth knowledge and realisation about team dynamic and much more.

I conduct corporate workshops & retreats, yoga & meditation team buildings, conscious breathing and stress management programs. With my 20+ years experience in corporate, I am able to design and tailor make programs for a healthier, happier, and therefore more efficient workforce.

From absolute beginner to advanced practitioners are welcome, and can be combined in classes. Yoga in its purity is designed to take one to a deeper experience of our own individual self - irrespective of flexibility or body size or shape. I have more than 13 years experience is helping people experience the stillness within themselves - from Corporate boardrooms at the UNDP, to Men's Maximum Security Prisons, to community halls and even children from ages 4+. So, you and your team are in good and capable hands.

For my offsite retreats, I have handpicked tranquil surroundings that provide the space for transformation. The retreats are not religious in tone, and are therefore suited to all. I speak fluent English, Dutch and Afrikaans.
