ASIMPTOTE's mission is to provide the most advanced expertise and software tools in thermal power conversion. Our software includes essential tools for the design, analysis, operation and optimization of unconventional power systems. Our consultants perform analysis, design and optimization studies for advanced and unconventional systems. We serve the power generation industry, the process industry and the energy industry. Among our customers are large international corporations as well as smaller businesses and SME's. Our specific fields of expertise are: - waste heat recovery and power generation, - thermodynamic cycles (Organic Rankine Cycles, gas turbines and advanced heat pumps), - thermodynamics (mixtures, chemical, non-ideal), - fluid dynamics (real-gas thermo fluid dynamics), - turbomachinery (advanced, unconventional). We are driven to solve problems using the latest knowlegde of unconventional systems and designs, and for this our experts collaborate intensively with leading universities worldwide.
