Assoupaspossible.com is a single-handed editorial project, collecting stories, articles and recipes under the metaphor of soup as something comforting, warm, nutritious and universal. The blog has different spin-off projects, all based on the same values: knowledge, conviviality and quality. Soup seems to transcend cultures and cuisines: it belongs to the memory of almost anyone who ever owned a concept of home and I used this familiarity to convey a sense of cosiness, nurturing and sharing. As Soup As Possible takes its inspiration in soup, trying to offer "a (possibly) warm, cosy and nutritious"​ food for thought. As Soup As Possible shows food in its natural context of stories, cultures and territories. The blog has a related YouTube channel, featuring three main formats: Kitchen Stories, Soup For Thought, Food Makers. More recently, the project has been enriched with covers by contributing illustrators.
