Arkitech is a Dutch maritime software company that optimizes HVAC systems through advanced data analysis. HVAC systems represent one of the most powerful levers for improving onboard energy efficiency and lowering operating costs, yet they are managed with static settings and limited operational insight. Our solution enables continuous optimization through AI and data-driven models, helping operators to improve the efficiency of the existing HVAC systems.

To optimize onboard HVAC systems, Arkitech uses predictive, self-learning models that continuously adapt to factors such as outdoor temperature, humidity, seawater temperature, and onboard occupancy. These models deliver consistent energy savings of 1,500–2,000 MWh annually without impacting passenger comfort, typically translating into 1–2% fuel savings per vessel.

The software is compatible with all HVAC brands, requires no modifications to existing hardware, and can be installed in a single day while the vessel remains operational.

A team of 20 experts combines unique software, HVAC, and data engineering expertise to develop innovative solutions that help crews unlock the full potential of their HVAC systems.
