I’m a former professional figure skater and a corporate marketing executive, today working as a Health & Wellness Coach and a Certified Neuro Change Practitioner.

I’m specialized in helping companies improve employee well-being and coaching individuals to improve life-balance, resilience, and performance. I approach this from a holistic point of view and use evidence based techniques and methodologies from neuroscience to help create a sustainable change in my clients' lives.
