Ana del Barrio Training & Consulting focuses on Diversity Management, supporting professionals and organizations to improve quality within organizations. Since 1996 Ana del Barrio Saiz has been working at her own consultancy on the Diversity field: - facilitating the development and implementation of Diversity policy in organizations in the education field and early childhood education. She delivers training, coaching, Train-de trainers program’s for professionals and managers and is active in international qualitative research on diversity competencies - facilitating Management training and coaching for consultancies in the Netherlands and organizations working in an international context. In the profit sector she advises and set up training and coaching on Intercultural competencies and international cooperation in teams.
